Product Overview
The SD-XP300 is a flattening unit with two integrated belts between the pressing rollers. During the stamping process, small products will be fixed and compressed. In addition, they will be pressed for a longer period of time during the pressing process. Through the long feeding device, the products will be transferred from the previous unit to the pressing unit. The device is mobile and flexible, which optimizes the flat performance of the products. During use, it will not wrinkle. This unit can be used to apply pressure on folded paper for a function of eliminating air and flattening products. The pressure cylinder drives the pressure roller to pressurize. The paper is conveyed to two integrated belts and guided between the upper and lower pressure rollers, while performing the pressurization work.
The flattening unit is mobile and can be electrically controlled to adjust its height freely. It can be physically connected to the back of any folding machine.
