Automatic Paper Folding Machine

This machine is a replacement for MBO.
The system folds a variety of paper types (such as fine, coarse, recycled and waxed) and sizes (from A3 to A5 and B7 to B1) quickly and efficiently (tens of thousands of sheets per hour) and is built around a durable MBO feeding system construction. SPEED offers flexible folding style options. There are several preloaded folding modes: single fold, double fold, accordion, irregular accordion, letter and cross-fold. This folder can also create cross single folds and cross letter folds.
The SPEED folding machine can feed up to 7,000 sheets of paper at a time and can achieve uninterrupted folding for more than ten minutes. Capacity is tracked via a 4-digit display in ascending and descending order, while blockages are automatically detected, stopping operation for quick remedial action.

★ Sensitive dual tension and blockage automatic device system, stable and reliable, easy to operate, and can be equipped with human-machine interface settings.

★The precise design of the paper feeding angle can effectively prevent paper wrinkling.
