Due to the fact that the self transmission of the folding knife is actually a planetary wheel self transmission, the revolution of the double folding knife is the rotation of the folding drum. In this way, for each revolution of the folding drum, the folding knife extends three times, with a phase difference of 120. Only the downward extension is inserted into the middle of the folding clamp roller to complete the lateral folding action.
The adjustment of the position of the folding knife and the folding drum of the folding machine, the adjustment of the long hole screw on the transmission gear of the folding knife shaft, and the change of the position of the long hole and screw connection to change the phase of the folding knife, can achieve the purpose of adjusting the relative relationship between the folding knife and the folding clamp.
When adjusting the folding blade of the folding machine, apply ink to the blade of the folding blade, rotate the folding drum, and check the coloring of the folding blade and the folding blade clamp roller. Under the condition of a gap of 0.02mm between the two folding clip rollers, it is advisable to avoid coloring the folding clip rollers on both sides of the folding knife. Due to the fact that a newspaper has been folded vertically and horizontally into four layers, this accuracy can meet the requirements for use.
According to mechanical principles, only when the folding length is equal to half of the distance from the center of the folding knife axis to the center of the folding drum axis, can the motion trajectory of the blade near the folding clamp roller be a triangular star shaped curve, and the position of the crease be accurate. If the length of the folding blade of the folding machine is too long, the motion trajectory of the blade at the folding roller is a small circle, while if the length of the folding blade of the folding machine is too short, the motion trajectory of the blade at the folding roller is a small arc. The specific adjustment should be made so that the height of the blade extending from the surface of the folding roller is 40cm.
