Component integrity inspection: Each time and after shutting down, check whether each component of the equipment is complete, whether it is loose, deformed or damaged. Focus on whether there are scratches and wear on the surface of origami rollers and transmitting rollers, whether the connection of the transmission chain is firm, and whether there is a loose phenomenon in the connecting parts such as screws, nuts. Paper channel inspection: Make sure the paper transmission channel is smooth and unobstructed, and check whether there are foreign objects in the channel, especially in the paper port, origami and near the paper mouth. Component replacement
