T520 BUCKLE FOLDER

T520 is a high-quality folding machine for B2 paper size. The T520 integrates the high-productivity elements of a large-size machine to quickly complete the preparation process and achieve high productivity whether it is large-volume or small-batch production. The T520 is available as either an economical manual function machine or as an automatic machine including all gusset settings and folding roller caliper movement to reduce setup time. The control system has a user-friendly graphical interface; the operator only needs to make a few selections to have the machine start the preparation process on its own. The high-speed tapered guide plate and larger transmission system enable its top speed to reach 180m/min, matching our core folding line speed. This feature-rich package makes the T520 an ideal folding machine in the B2 size.
