SPEED 6H4W-F Buckle Folder Machine

The SPEED 6H4W-F buckle folder is designed for production of small (micro) products on commercial or pharmaceutical grade stock typically associated with the "PL" and insert/insert markets. The combination of 26mm diameter folding rollers and up to 16 folding plates enables the SPEED 6H4W-F to achieve minimum folding lengths as low as 18mm and large input paper sizes. The SPEED 6H4W-F features a modular design that can be matched with qlue units, Knife folding units, various conveying devices, pressing devices, etc. to create versatile and customized folding systems. With two available feeders (stack or continuous), it can handle a variety of run lengths.
