1. Strictly adhere to the job responsibility system, non local operators are not allowed to operate the machine at will. New employees must obtain the consent of the captain when operating, and the captain should provide on-site guidance during operation;
2. Before starting the machine, check whether all handles and buttons are in the predetermined working positions;
3. If the machine suddenly stops working, do not immediately restart. Instead, press the "main stop" self-locking button, check the cause of the shutdown, and restart only after the fault is resolved;
4. It is not allowed to maintain moving parts and other components close to the moving parts while the machine is running, and maintain a distance of at least 10cm or more;
5. Improper tools shall not be used during adjustment work. After work is completed, tools and other debris on the machine must be cleaned to avoid malfunctions;
6. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle fences without wearing gloves;
7. When it is not necessary to directly send it to the receiving device, please make sure to put down the two fold exit protective cover or install the three fold exit protective cover;
8. It is prohibited to tear or break damaged paper on the machine during operation;
9. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to climb over or enter the machine;
10. Timely maintenance and replacement of expired and damaged safety devices, and timely reporting of machine problems
11. In case of emergency, stop the machine decisively;
12. Do not forget to turn off the air pump when stopping midway, and turn off the power and air switch after work.
