1. First, install the handle: Insert the handle prepared with the box onto the right side of the binding machine's square axis position (note: handle working angle), and tighten the screws.
2. Paper usage: Each model manual has a specified amount of paper, so be careful not to use too much.
3. Pay attention to adjusting the paper margin. The principle is to determine the margin size based on the diameter of the pull ring. The method is to use an adjusting screw (installed at the back of the binding machine) to adjust the scale to achieve the purpose of edge distance. The rule is: if the diameter of the pull ring is large, the paper margin should be increased, if the diameter of the pull ring is small, the paper margin should be reduced.
4. Punching operation method: (1) Organize the paper neatly, press it against the positioning block, parallel feed the paper into the machine, and push it into place. (2) Press the paper with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand, press down until the blade penetrates the paper, and then lift the handle up. (3) Take out the printed paper with both hands steadily. If there is hanging paper, repeatedly press down the handle and lift it up to the desired position to remove the paper.
5. Ring binding method: Depending on the quantity and size of paper, for different sizes of rings, slowly push the handle upwards until the ring opens, then insert the paper hole into the ring, slowly pull the handle back until all the ring teeth are inserted into the paper hole, pull the handle in place, tighten the ring mouth, and the binding book is ready.
